This 10-Form Tai Chi course offers a gentle, welcoming introduction to Tai Chi that is accessible, practical, and supportive for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. The short, flowing sequence is easy to learn and designed to build balance, coordination, and calm.
Each class focuses on a short warm up followed by learning a bit of the form and reviewing previous week's forms. We'll be practicing and flowing like a river. Hang will explain simple principles that help the body move with ease and stability. Class can be practiced standing or seated, making this course suitable for all abilities, including those with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or simply wanting a softer approach. If you'd like a longer warm-up, may I suggest attending the Qi Gong course prior to Tai Chi.
