6am-7am: Qi Gong & walking meditation
7am-8am: Fruit, tea & coffee
8am-8:30am: Short lecture on mindfulness, Traditional Chinese Medicine & yoga
8:30am-10am: Morning yoga: energizing practice to wake up the body & mind    
10am-11am: Brunch               
11am-4pm: Free time / beach / pool time or optional tours
4-5:30pm: Afternoon yoga: restorative and yin yoga to calm the body & mind
6pm: Dinner
* Free time after dinner.

This retreat is open to all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners to learn and deepen their practice.

What’s Included

  • 6 nights ensuite villa accommodation

  • Daily vegetarian freshly-made brunch and dinner (local & international cuisine) including welcome dinner on Day One and departure breakfast on Day Seven

  • Bus transfers from Ho Chi Minh City to Mui Ne/Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh City (3-hour drive)

  • Practice and learn yoga + mindful tools for everyday life

  • Twice daily yoga sessions: energising morning practice and restorative/yin afternoon practice

  • Daily Qi Gong & walking meditation on the beach

  • Daily mindfulness and meditation practice, including sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful eating, and lectures drawing on the teachings of Zen Teacher Thich Nhat Hanh

  • Daily short lecture on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong, mindfulness + yoga

  • The open-air yoga shala (practice space) overlooks the ocean and will be our space to meditate, move, and gain insight into our own true nature

Accommodation

This retreat includes 6-night stay at Full Moon Village Resort, a TripAdvisor award-winning resort with private beach, tropical gardens, waterfront yoga shala, and 259 sqm pool.

There are two room options: Single Room and Twin Room (shared with a family member or friend). All rooms have ensuite private bathroom and include daily housekeeping, air conditioning, fans, shampoo/conditioner, bath & beach towels, in-room safe, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Retreatants are arranged into either a 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom villa. All villas have a kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities and private villa jacuzzi.

Investment

Twin Room: $1195 USD/per person (shared with a family member or friend)

Single Room: $1495 USD/per person

Family members who are not participating in the retreat are welcome to join you at a different fee. Please email hello@saigonom.com for details.

A $500 USD deposit will be required upon registration to secure your spot. The balance is due 90 days before the retreat starts.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens and we understand that you may need to cancel your trip. As we have made our commitment to the resort, here is the cancellation policy.

  • If cancelled 90 days prior to the retreat date: A full refund, minus a $100 USD processing & administration fee, will be issued.

  • If cancelled within 90 days prior to the retreat date: A 50% refund, minus a $100 USD processing & administration fee.

  • There will be no refunds 30 days prior to the retreat.

  • If the retreat is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, like a pandemic, you will receive a full refund.
