Womb Yoga is a gentle and powerful practice that honours the rhythms of a woman’s body and life. Through breath, movement, and meditation, we soften into the pelvis, release tension, and reconnect with the womb space as a source of creativity, intuition, and feminine power. This nourishing practice supports women of all life stages - maiden, mother, wild woman, or crone - inviting balance, renewal, and the joyful remembrance of our innate wisdom.

In this special Womb Yoga offering, practice with Sarah online at your own pace through two womb yoga series:

1) Womb Yoga: Inner Seasons

With a guided explanation of the seasons of the cycle, Sarah will lead you through six womb yoga practices. The classes include breathwork, meditation, deep relaxation/yoga nidra, Qi Gong, gentle yoga with rhythmic movement, mudras (hand gestures), and chanting.

2) Restorative Yoga: Cyclical Wisdom

Explore rest through the lens of the inner seasons of the cycle with six restorative yoga practices. Each 45-minute class includes breathwork, meditation, restorative yoga, and chanting.

About Sarah Martin

Co-Founder • Mindfulness, Menstrual Cycle Awareness & Womb Yoga Educator

Sarah is a women’s guide and co-founder of saigon om. Through yoga, mindfulness, retreats and earth-honouring practices, she creates nurturing spaces for women to reconnect with their bodies, cycles, intuition and life force — reclaiming their creativity, inner strength and innate wisdom.

Sarah has been practicing and teaching yoga for over a decade. Her discovery of Womb Yoga following the birth of her first child opened a new chapter in her own practice and a deeper understanding of the wisdom held within the feminine body.

She went on to study with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, author of Yoga Shakti, and has since woven Womb Yoga and Menstrual Cycle Awareness into both her personal life and her work with women. These practices have become ways of listening more closely to the body, navigating the emotional landscape with greater awareness, and living in greater harmony with the natural rhythms and cycles of life.

At saigon om, Sarah brings this feminine and contemplative perspective into retreats, mindfulness practices and women’s offerings. Her approach is gentle, intuitive and deeply grounded in the belief that our bodies are not something to overcome or control, but something we can learn to listen to and trust.
