A nourishing day to restore vitality, rebuild inner reserves, and return to a natural sense of aliveness without force or effort. Through gentle Qi Gong, restorative yoga, breathwork, and deep rest, we move through layers of release, renewal, and integration.
In the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, energy is not something we chase, but something we cultivate, protect, and restore.

Socks and other warm clothes for restorative practice
