This retreat is open to all levels - no experience needed.

July Retreat: Restoring Energy

A nourishing day to restore vitality, rebuild inner reserves, and return to a natural sense of aliveness without force or effort. Through gentle Qi Gong, restorative yoga, breathwork, and deep rest, we move through layers of release, renewal, and integration.

In the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, energy is not something we chase, but something we cultivate, protect, and restore.

  • Breathwork practices to restore and regulate the nervous system - a take home practice

  • Gentle yoga and Pilates-inspired movement to awaken core vitality

  • Heartfelt sharing circle in a supportive community

  • A delicious, wholesome vegetarian lunch

  • TCM-inspired extended restorative yoga

  • Time in nature / quiet integration spaces

What to Bring

  • An open heard and beginner’s mind

  • A yoga mat & 2 identical sleeping pillows or a bolster

  • Warm, comfortable layers for movement and a warm blanket or shawl  

  • Socks and other warm clothes for restorative practice

  • A water bottle

  • Any personal props that help you feel supported (eye pillow, blocks, etc.)

  • Journal and pen (optional)
