We'll cover the rites of passage starting at menarche to menstrual cycle awareness and the greatest awakening passage called menopause.

The day's celebration includes the first and foremost honouring our body as Hang draws in science studies to help illuminate our spiritual journey of each rite of passage. Hang will share ways to integrate the practices of Qi Gong and Traditional Chinese wei-wu-wei and the law of nature into your daily life to stay on your wellness journey.

There will plenty of time to celebrate, hold space, and share with one another on all things about being a woman.
