Explore Wei Qi (衛氣), the body’s protective energy in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Over four weeks, learn practical Qi Gong, breathing, acupressure and mindful movement practices designed to strengthen your protective/immunity Qi, support resilience, regulate stress and build vitality.

Each week combines simple TCM wisdom with accessible practices you can easily bring into daily life. Leave with a short Wei Qi routine to help you feel more grounded, energized and protected, inside and out.

No previous Qi Gong experience is needed. The course is beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels.

About Hang

Hang Nhan is a wellness educator, Qi Gong and Tai Chi teacher, and Five-Element acupressure practitioner with a deep love for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). She began practicing Qi Gong and Tai Chi in 2002 after multiple injuries from years of martial arts training, which led her to explore these practices as a path to healing, balance and longevity.

Today, Hang brings more than two decades of study and practice into classes, courses and teacher training programs across Australia, Canada and Vietnam, alongside her life partner and saigon om cofounder, Sarah Martin. When she’s not teaching or chasing after their two rambunctious kids, she’s slowly writing her book on Qi Gong, weaving together insights from her ongoing research, personal practice and teaching.
