After the last yoga practice of our 6-Day Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat in Mui Ne, Vietnam in October 2018, our wonderful group of retreatants performed this heart-touching song for us. Little did we know that they had been spending time together in the evenings to write the song and practice it together. Thank you, dear friends for such a beautiful song and watering our seeds of joy!
