My 200-hour yoga teacher training was life-changing. I knew I would come out knowing how to structure a yoga class but I didn’t expect to be completely evolved as a person. The content was so thorough, professional & detailed but the best part was the personal insights, compassion and mindfulness that I received. I am forever changed in the best possible way - physically, emotionally and spiritually. Being fairly new to yoga I was so nervous about signing up but never once questioned my ability throughout the training. I felt very nurtured and comfortable. This Yoga Teacher Training is transformational.

Hang and Sarah have taught me so much, not only about the practice of yoga and mindfulness, but also about myself. Through their many teachings, sharings of their personal experiences, and the connections made with my fellow yogis, I found inner peace, love, and joy, both on and off my yoga mat. This feeling is what initially made me fall in love with the practice of yoga. As I start this new chapter in my life, I am excited to share with others what I have learned and provide them a space to cultivate their own peace, love, and joy.

I came into my 200 hour teacher training with nerves and fears, however Hang and Sarah immediately created an atmosphere of ease, inclusion and confidence. By the end of the first day my feelings of self-doubt had been replaced with excitement, hope and confidence. Their program is the perfect balance of theory and practice. They create a family where everyone, regardless of ability and experience, feel they are contributing to the growth of both themselves and their classmates. I learned so much about yoga but I learned even more about mindful living - for this gift I am forever grateful.
