Qi Gong is a 4000 year-old ancient Chinese wellness practice that has its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is an elegant meditative practice that combines gentle movement, breath, and meditation to create a calm natural balance of energy in body and mind. The best part is that it’s easy and can be practiced standing up or sitting down at any time of the day for 10, 20, or 30 minutes.
Begin or refresh your Qi Gong practice with Qi Gong Teacher Training: Level 1. You will learn how to design and guide yourself and others Qi Gong.
