About the Presenter, Hang Nhan
Hang and her partner, Sarah, co-founded saigon om, a wellness school offering all things relating to wellness between Canada, Vietnam and Australia. Their offerings include yoga, Qi Gong and mindfulness teacher training, mentoring, and specialty workshops.

With her extensive fitness, mixed martial arts and acupressure background, along with her deep love for yoga and Qi Gong, Hang has made it her passion to educate folks from all walks of life on the biomechanics of yoga. Don't miss out on her lively and fun teaching style while she's in Kingston.
