Introduction to Qi Gong Workshop
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese wellness practice with over 4,000 years of history, rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This graceful, meditative art blends gentle movement, breath, and mindfulness to harmonize the body’s energy and calm the mind.
Accessible and adaptable, Qi Gong can be practiced standing or seated, anytime - whether for 10, 20, or 30 minutes - making it a deeply restorative and practical tool for daily life.
At this 2-hour workshop you will learn two main practices and carry them home with you to continue your personal practice:
Simple warm up exercises to activate internal energy, clear energetic blockages, and increase circulation to wake up the body and mind.
A short Qi Gong sequence with slow flowing movements coordinated with breath to bring calmness to body and mind.
This workshop is ideal for those who’d like to incorporate Qi Gong into their daily practice, before a yoga practice, gym session, presentation, or practice at home every day.
All levels of practitioners are welcome. Children 11 years old or older are also encouraged to attend.

Fascia Release Workshop
Feeling stiff from long hours at a desk (or just life)?
Tight muscles that bounce back no matter how much you stretch or roll?
Join Hang for a dynamic 2-hour workshop that goes beyond stretching. You’ll learn how fascia - the body’s connective tissue web - affects both movement and mind. Think nagging headaches, neck and shoulder tension, or that feeling of being stuck in your own skin.
You’ll discover gentle, effective techniques to release fascia daily, helping you build strength, flexibility, freedom, and ease. Hang will also show you how these release points connect to acupressure and emotional balance through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
What’s Fascia, Anyway?
Fascia is the body’s hidden network - a stretchy web that wraps around your muscles, bones, nerves, and organs. Stress, injuries, poor posture, and even everyday tension can cause it to tighten, leaving you stiff, fatigued, and foggy. Keeping fascia healthy keeps your whole system flowing and vibrant.
How Does Acupressure Fit In?
We’ll use a release ball (instead of just fingers) on key acupressure points to ease tension, balance energy (Qi), and boost vitality - blending modern movement science with ancient wisdom.
Come curious and leave feeling lighter, freer, and more connected. If you’ve joined this workshop before, come back for a refresher - and to learn new insights and techniques Hang has discovered/researched along the way. A fascia release ball is also included in your fee.
What to Bring
Yoga mat
A long sock 2-3 inches above ankle bone (it’ll make sense, promise)
