Dates & Times
This training runs over two weekends on February 14-16 and February 21-23, 2025. The session times are:
Fridays 6-8pm
Saturday 10:30am-5:30pm
Sunday 10:30am-5:30pm
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in so we can start on time. Because of the smaller group, we’ll likely cover the materials fairly quickly and may finish a bit early each day.
Location
A light-filled yoga studio at Samana Yoga in Queenscliff: 32 Hesse Street, Queenscliff, Victoria, Australia, 3225.
What to Bring
Please bring along your lovely smile and a beginner’s heart.
We’ll be sitting on the floor on a yoga mat and blocks for the lecture parts of the training. The studio will have plenty of yoga mats and blocks for us to use. Bring along anything else you think you might need to help you feel comfy. There are several chairs in the studio for you to use as well, if sitting on the floor isn’t comfortable.
A notebook and pens. We'll provide a manual.
Nut-free lunch and snacks. Or purchase your own lunch nearby. There are a handful of cafes and shops in the area, including an IGA and Rolling Pin Pies & Cakes a few doors down.
Water bottle.
Please wear comfortable exercise attire as we’ll be moving around quite a bit. We may go down to the beach for our morning practice, weather permitting. Bring comfortable walking shoes, mosquito repellant, hat/cap, sunscreen, sunnies etc.
