Space Required
Practical Part:
When we practice Qi Gong, please make sure you have a big enough space with a clear floor to move around. Stand with your arms extended out to the sides and turn around in a big circle with your arms extended, that’s the minimal space you’ll need for the practice. (-: Alternatively, if you create a cross with one yoga mat on top of another that should be a big enough space. We encourage you to fine a space that is free from distractions i.e. invite your pets and family members into another room.
Theory Part:
Sitting at a desk is preferred for you to take notes when we share and go through the theories and philosophies of Qi Gong.
Zoom Details
The course will be held through Zoom. If you haven’t yet, please download the free Zoom app to create a login ID. We suggest using your desktop or laptop for the screen to be large enough to see everyone. What You Need for the Training
1) An open heart and a beginner’s mind.
2) A yoga mat or carpeted space.
3) A cushion to sit on the floor.
4) A water bottle.
5) A notebook and pens.
6) Your Qi Gong Manuals to each immersion.

What to Wear
Please wear comfortable yoga/gym clothes that cover your knees and torso, as we'll be moving around quite a bit.
