Dear Qi Gong Friends,

A fresh ocean breeze smile to you. We are very excited to welcome you to the Online Qi Gong Immersion 1 this weekend.

Below are all the details for the immersion. We invite you to smile and enjoy your breathing as you read through them.

Dates
Saturday, October 17
Sunday, October 18
Saturday, October 24
Sunday, October 25

Time
8am-11am Melbourne, Australia time. Please log in a few minutes early so we can start on time.

Space Required

Practical Part:
When we practice Qi Gong, please make sure you have a big enough space with a clear floor to move around. Stand with your arms extended out to the sides and turn around in a big circle with your arms extended, that’s the minimal space you’ll need for the training. (-: Alternatively, if you create a cross with one yoga mat on top of another that should be a big enough space. We encourage you to fine a space that is free from distractions i.e. invite your pets and family members into another room.

Theory Part:
Sitting at a desk is preferred for you to take notes when we share and go through the theories and philosophies of Qi Gong.

Namastream & Zoom Details
The course will be held through Namastream via Zoom. If you haven’t yet, please download the free Zoom app to create a login ID. We suggest using your tablet or laptop for the screen to be large enough to see everyone.
