Dear Friends,

A fresh ocean breeze smile to you. We are very excited to welcome you to the 2-Day Restorative Yoga Training next weekend.

Below are all the details for the training. We invite you to smile and enjoy your breathing as you read through them.

Dates
Saturday, February 29 and Sunday, March 1, 2020

Time
9am to 5pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in so we can start on time.

Location
The training will take place at a private home studio at 6 Achenar Court, Ocean Grove. The front door will be unlocked. Please take off your shoes, let yourself in, and walk up the stairs to the studio.

Parking
As parking in the court is limited, please park one street over in the public parking area on Aldebaran Rd. The parking area is on the left-hand side when turning into Aldebaran Rd from Ocean Throughway.

What to Bring
1) An open heart and a beginner’s mind.
2) For hygienic purposes, please bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle. There are yoga mats at the studio if you don’t own one.
3) A notebook and pens. We'll provide a manual.
4) A simple vegetarian lunch and snacks to help deepen our practice of compassion. There is a microwave and a small fridge at the studio, and also a cafe down the street if you need to buy lunch.

What to Wear
Please wear comfortable yoga/gym clothes that cover your knees and torso, as we'll be moving around quite a bit. If it isn't raining, we'll take a short walk over to the beach for some of our practices, please bring along comfortable walking shoes and appropriate clothes for the warmth or coolness (jumper, hat, sunglasses, etc.).

1:30pm Asana Lab
3:30pm Break/Snack
3:45pm Asana Lab
5pm Finish for the day

INJURIES & MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please let us know via email if you have any injuries, limitations or medical conditions that we should be aware of. This will help us accommodate you at the training.

SCENT-FREE
In consideration of others who have allergies, including Hang and Sarah, please attend the training scent-free: no perfume/fragrance/cologne/scented products/essential oils. Thank you.

PHOTOGRAPHY
We respect your privacy and would like to ask for your permission to take photos during the training for social media to help promote the healing restorative yoga practice. Please privately talk to us at the training if you do not wish to be in the photos.
