200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
in Hatha Yoga and emphasis on Mindfulness

Sharing the same visions and values, we are excited to collaborate with Yoga Pod this coming March 2025 to bring you this unique yoga teacher training is a immersive journey of yoga, mindfulness, and self-discovery in the hidden oasis of mother nature at the centre of bustling Saigon, Vietnam.
With a blend of personal practice, self-guided study, interactive workshops, group discussions, and practice teaching, our program will guide you to deepen your yoga and mindfulness practice and prepare you to be a yoga teacher. You will gain a deep understanding of asana, sequencing, yoga anatomy, philosophy, mindfulness, meditation, pranayama, and holistic wellness.
This training is created for both those who want to teach yoga and those who want to expand their knowledge and practice of yoga. Your practice and self-understanding will develop over the three-week training and give you all the tools, knowledge, and confidence in your journey as a life-long yoga practitioner and facilitator.
