Preparation for the Training

Space Required for Zoom Practice
Practical Component:
When we practice Qi Gong, please make sure you have a big enough space with a clear floor to move around. Stand with your arms extended out to the sides and turn around in a big circle with your arms extended. That’s the minimal space you’ll need for the practice. (-: Alternatively, if you create a cross with one yoga mat on top of another that should be a big enough space. We encourage you to find a space that is free from distractions i.e. invite your pets and family members into another room.
Theory Component:
Sitting at a desk is preferred for you to take notes when we share and go through some key theories and a Q&A session.
Zoom Details
We will include the Zoom login details in a friendly reminder email about two days prior to the first live call.
Please note that our Zoom sessions are more for Hang to share the practices and offer space for Q&A, please watch the Theories and Art of Teaching videos in Hey Marvelous on your own time in the coming weeks. There is also a review section for the sequences/practices on Hey Marvelous.
