Over two nourishing weekends, this training invites you to reconnect with the deep wisdom of the menstrual or moon cycle and cultivate a stronger connection to your body and its needs. As cyclical beings throughout life, you'll develop cycle and body literacy—learning to flow with the inner seasonal rhythms that support your well-being. This journey offers guidance and nourishment through every stage of life, from menarche (your first bleed/period) to menopause and beyond.

Sarah will guide you through Womb Yoga, a feminine practice that honors our cyclical nature and supports menstrual well-being. This nurturing style of yoga includes breathwork, meditation, deep relaxation (yoga nidra), Qi Gong, and gentle yoga featuring rhythmic movement, mudras, and chanting.

This training offers a rich blend of practical techniques, sharing circles, presentations, and discussions. You'll explore key yoga practices tailored to each phase of the menstrual or moon cycle, along with deep relaxation techniques to support your well-being. The program offers guidance on living in harmony with your cycle and encourages all women to honor and celebrate the innate wisdom of their bodies.

Over two weekends, we’ll journey through the four inner seasons of the menstrual or moon cycle, exploring their impact on our emotional, physical, and creative well-being. Each season offers space for deep learning, self-awareness, and grounding practices to support a heart-womb connection and balanced energy flow. After the training, you’ll receive ongoing support through reflective inquiries and recommended reading to deepen your connection to your cyclical nature.
