With all that is happening in our world, a regular mindful practice such as yoga can offer us the insight to maintain a peaceful mind as we practice finding balance and harmony in the day-to-day busy-ness.
Our unique yoga teacher training is an immersive journey of yoga, mindfulness, and self-discovery. It has a strong emphasis on mindfulness to help you experience insights and attain a more peaceful and joyful life, not just on the mat but also off the mat in your daily life.
With a blend of personal practice, self-guided study, interactive workshops, group discussions, and practice teaching, our program will guide you to deepen your yoga and mindfulness practice and prepare you to be a yoga teacher. You will gain a deep understanding of asana, sequencing, yoga anatomy, philosophy, mindfulness, meditation, pranayama, and holistic wellness.
This training is created for both those who want to teach yoga and those who want to expand their knowledge and practice of yoga. Your practice and self-understanding will develop over the three-week training and give you all the tools, knowledge, and confidence in your journey as a life-long yoga practitioner and facilitator.

This training is held over three weeks from March 17 to April 5, 2025. The daily schedule is from 8:00am to 3:30pm.
Week 1: Monday, March 17 to Saturday, March 22, 2025 (6 days)
Week 2: Monday, March 24 to Saturday, March 29, 2025 (6 days)
Week 3: Monday, March 31 to Saturday, April 5, 2025 (6 days)

Yoga Pod in Thao Dien is a purpose-built studio, designed with the spirit of yoga in mind. With floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking a stunning green garden, Yoga Pod is a hidden treasure amidst the noise and chaos of Saigon. The practice really begins on the way to the studio. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Thao Dien’s streets, a winding path immerses you in the sights and sounds of the natural world.

Week 1 (Module 1) : Understanding Yourself
This first module is about you. We return to the foundation of your practice and begin anew to help you deepen your yoga practice; physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. The practice might bring about pleasant feelings and unpleasant feelings. We’ll show you yoga and mindfulness tools to embrace or take care of these feelings, whatever they might be.

Week 3 (Module 3) : The Art of Teaching Yoga
The focus of this module is to assist you with the “how’s” and “what’s” to share your practice and experience with your students.

Practicing loving kindness & other good qualities as a teacher to empower your students
Tools to hold compassionate space and support your students on their yoga journey
Sequencing and teaching skills to craft and teach an intelligent, and insightful yoga class
How to find your authentic voice, teach from the heart, and understand what makes you unique as a teacher

The art of teaching with effective & intentional cueing, and teaching with inspiring themes
The art of adjustments/assists
Practice teaching from day one: teaching meditation, pranayama and yoga

Learn how to design your own daily/weekly/monthly organic practice to bring equilibrium and harmony into your life

Cancellation Policy
Life happens and we understand that you may need to cancel your attendance. Here is the cancellation policy.
If cancelled before March 3, 2025, 2 weeks prior to the training date: A full refund, minus a $100 USD processing & administration fee, will be issued.
There will be no refunds after March 3, 2025.
If the training is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, like a pandemic, you will receive a full refund.
