Below are all the details for the Qi Gong Teacher Training - Level 1. We invite you to anchor your Wu Chi feet, smile and enjoy your breathing as you read.


Preparation for the Training

Before we begin the training, we encourage you to joyfully spend at least 10 hours practicing Qi Gong with us in person or online with our Virtual Studio. Your tuition includes 6-months access to the Qi Gong Teacher Training - Level 1 video library for you to practice in the comfort of your home. Click on the link below to sign up (with your email and a password). The 6-month access takes effect as soon as you sign up. Don’t forget to bookmark the page URL.

Dates & Times

This training runs over three Saturdays, May 30, June 6 and June 13, 2026.
Time: 8am to 3pm

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in so we can start on time. Because of the smaller group, we’ll likely cover the materials fairly quickly and may even finish a bit early each day.


Location

7:50am: Meet on the beach at the corner of Yandina Coolum Rd. and David Low Way (near the Life Surf Club) for morning practice on the beach.

 
 

After practice we’ll head over to Clubb Coolum Beach Resort for the rest of the day. Address: 1740 David Low Way, Coolum Beach QLD 4573


What to Bring

  1. Please bring along your lovely smile and a beginner’s heart.

  2. A yoga mat. We’ll be sitting either on the couch or floor for the lecture parts of the training.

  3. A notebook and pens. We'll provide a manual.

  4. Lunch and snacks. There’s a fridge in the apartment if you need to refrigerate your food. We won’t have time to go out for lunch so please bring along lunch and snacks.

  5. Water bottle.

  6. Please layer up and wear comfortable exercise attire as we’ll be moving around quite a bit.

  7. A thermos for tea/coffee. There’s a kettle and plenty of herbal tea to keep your kidneys warm.

  8. Indoors socks or slippers to keep your precious feet warm.

You will be learning Qi Gong sequences accompanied with Traditional Chinese Tao philosophies throughout the training. Please come with curiosity and lots of questions.


Scent-Free

In consideration of others who have allergies, including Hang, please attend the training scent-free: no perfume/fragrance/cologne/scented products/essential oils. Thank you.


Photography

We respect your privacy and would like to ask for your permission to take photos during the training for social media to help promote the healing Qi Gong practice. We usually take photos from afar and avoid headshots where your face is completely visible. Please privately talk to us at the training if you do not wish to be in the photos.
