Here is a PDF of gathas for you to print, laminate and put up around your house as reminders to be present in your daily activities, including "The 5 Contemplations" for mindful eating.
BELL OF MINDFULNESS APP
Here is the link for the bell of mindfulness app for Google Chrome. The bell can be set to be invited once, twice or three times, every 15, 30 or 60 minutes. When you hear the bell you stop working or thinking, go back to your in-breath and out-breath; come home to your body. Feel you are there, truly alive. Enjoy mindful breathing at least 3 times, and smile before you continue your work.
