Dearest friends on the path of well-being,
Sarah and I are delighted to welcome you to a day for just YOU. Please take a few moments to stop, enjoy your breathing, and read up about our upcoming day together.
Date/Time
Saturday, July 4, 2026 from 9am-3pm. Please arrive at around 8:45am so you have plenty of time to joyfully use the toilet, set up your mat, greet one another, and settle in. We kindly ask that you put your phone on silent and out of sight. This day is for you. Of course, we understand if you need it out for family emergencies. We also encourage you to stay for the entire day to take refuge in the nurturing support of the community and Mother Nature.
Location
Valdora Community Hall, 360 Valdora Road, Valdora QLD 4561
If you know someone attending the retreat as well, please carpool as parking is limited at the hall. When you arrive, kindly park on the right hand side along the fence or in front of the hall. Please double park so we can use the open field on the left hand side for Qi Gong practice and mindful walking (weather permitting).
