This day is for you to relax, heal and open your heart for limitless possibilities with gentle flowing yoga, Qi Gong, mindful walking, meditation, relaxation, and mindful eating, to name a few. 

All levels of yoga and mindfulness practitioners are welcome. Options will always be given to suit your personal yoga practice. Be prepared to smile, relax and feel joyful.

The retreat is set in the Kyo Yoga Garden Studio; a tranquil, natural space opening out onto lush gardens, behind the sand dunes of Ocean Grove beach.

10am Welcome Circle & Introduction to Mindfulness
10:30am Mindful Movement with Qi Gong & Mindful Walking (outdoors, weather permitting)
11am Gentle All-Level Yoga
12:30pm Mindful Lunch
1pm Deep Relaxation
1:30pm Restorative & Yin Yoga
3pm Finish for the day

This retreat is suitable for ages 11 and up.

Please bring a vegetarian lunch for mindful eating as a group and snacks for throughout the day.
