Dear Yogis, September 11, 2019
We are very excited to welcome you to the Yin Yoga Training next weekend.
Below are all the details for the training. We invite you to smile and enjoy your breathing as you read through them.
Saturday, September 21 and Sunday, September 22, 2019
8am-4pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early each day to quietly and mindfully settle in. Kindly turn off your mobile phone or put it on silent before class.
We will break for lunch for 90 minutes from 11:45am to 1:15pm. There is a yoga class held at the studio from 12 to 1pm on both days, Saturday and Sunday. We invite you to have lunch at the park down the street or at a place of your choice so the studio can offer the class to its members. Studio330 is kindly canceling its morning and afternoon classes on both days to accommodate the yin training. Thank you for understanding, friends.
For out of town friends, Studio330 is one block from Metro supermarket and Pizza Studio. Across the street is a Greek restaurant called Minos. A few blocks further there is Pita Pit, Thai Express, Copper Branch, Freshii, Northside Espresso, The Works, Tim Horton’s, etc. Plenty of options to please your taste buds.
Studio330: 339 Barrie St, Kingston, Ontario. There’s a paid parking lot just around the corner from the studio on Queen St which is $1.50 per hour with a 3-hour maximum stay. Parking in the lot will be free on Sunday. (-: If you enjoy mindful walking, there is all-day free street parking along Barrie St., between Plum St. and Raglan Rd. It’s about a 5 to 7-minute joyful walk to the studio, which we do often. Click here for map.
The content of each day will vary but the general structure is:
8am Welcome Circle
8:30am Morning Yin Yoga Class
10:15am Yin Yoga Theory, Philosophy, Anatomy & Physiology
1:15pm Asana Lab
2:45pm Asana Lab
4pm Finish for the day
