One of the work Hang and Sarah enjoy the most is bringing wellness into workplaces and schools. To accommodate the individual needs and schedule, this can be in the form of classes or series of classes, workshops, courses, or retreats.

The training that saigon om offers varies from yoga, Qi Gong, wellness seminars, to learning how to integrate mindfulness into daily life.
