6-Week Mindfulness Course
This course helps you:
- Increase your awareness of the outer and inner body.
- With this awareness, we are able to create space to help us manage difficult experiences and make wise choices.
- Mindfulness also helps us cultivate peace and joy within and around us, as a gift for all of those whom we love and care for.
- You will learn basic awareness tools in breathing and movement that you can put to practice right away into your everyday life
Once a week Skype for sharing and checking in with your mentor and regular emailing when required.
Weekly and daily homework will be assigned to deepen your practice.
12-month Mindfulness Facilitator Course
Ideal for meditation practitioners, regular mindfulness practitioners, or yoga teachers who are inspired to guide others.
You will be assigned readings and practices, based on your current practice.
Requirement: at least 6 months of meditation or mindfulness experience
