Level 2 Intermediate Yoga Mentoring Program

  • You have some idea of yoga and not sure where or how to deepen your physical and spiritual practice?

  • You love going to classes but don’t feel like you’re growing in your practice?

Online Mindfulness Courses

6-Week Mindfulness Course

  • This course helps you:
    - Increase your awareness of the outer and inner body.
    - With this awareness, we are able to create space to help us manage difficult experiences and make wise choices.

    - Mindfulness also helps us cultivate peace and joy within and around us, as a gift for all of those whom we love and care for.
    - You will learn basic awareness tools in breathing and movement that you can put to practice right away into your everyday life

  • Once a week Skype for sharing and checking in with your mentor and regular emailing when required.

  • Weekly and daily homework will be assigned to deepen your practice.

12-month Mindfulness Facilitator Course

  • Ideal for meditation practitioners, regular mindfulness practitioners, or yoga teachers who are inspired to guide others.

  • You will be assigned readings and practices, based on your current practice.

  • Requirement: at least 6 months of meditation or mindfulness experience
