They are also suitable for those who work one-on-one with clients like personal trainers, fitness instructors, and yoga teachers, or if you are thinking about a career in massage therapy. These workshops are designed for all levels, including beginners.

Each workshop runs for 2-5 hours, depending on the number of students. Maximum 6 students.
BABY MASSAGE WORKSHOP
Baby massage can play a vital role in circulation, digestion and growth. With gentle and loving touch you will find deeper bonding and communication between you and your baby. Massage promotes your baby’s development and helps to reduce the production of stress hormones. Other benefits of infant massage include the release of painful gas in baby’s digestive system, relief from colic, can improve sleep patterns and help with development stages such as teething, constipation, weaning. Research shows that with regular touch babies cry less and sleep significantly better. Baby massage is even claimed to combat postnatal depression in mothers.
With easy and simple instructions, you will be guided through each stroke carefully until you are confident in communicating your love through touch. In addition you will learn to relax yourself and create a serene and nurturing environment in which your baby will thrive. You will be advised on which oils are appropriate for use on your baby, the best time of day to massage your baby, and how to create a calming environment for massage.
The Baby Massage Workshop runs for around one hour.
