Join us in beautiful Mui Ne, a peaceful and quiet fishing-village on the south-east coast of Vietnam, to cultivate inner-peace, love and joy. Deepen your yoga and mindfulness practice and learn tools to take into your daily life while immersing yourself in tropical paradise, eating local cuisine, and connecting to the heart and soul of Vietnam.
This retreat includes twice daily yoga classes (energising morning practice and restorative/yin evening practice), walking meditation + Qi Gong on the beach, sitting meditation, lectures on mindfulness & yoga, and morning & evening noble silence.
6am-7am: Qi Gong, Walking Meditation & Sitting Meditation
7am-7:45am: Fruit & Tea/Coffee
7:45am-8:30am: Mindfulness & Yoga Lecture
8:30am-10am: Morning Yoga: energizing practice to wake up the body & mind
11am-4pm: Free Time / Beach + Pool Time
4pm-5:30pm: Evening Yoga: restorative and yin yoga to calm the body & mind
6:15pm: Mindful Dinner
9pm-7am: Noble Silence

This retreat is open to all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners to learn and deepen their practice.
6 nights ensuite villa accommodation

This retreats includes 6-night stay at Full Moon Village Resort, a TripAdvisor award-winning resort with private beach, waterfront yoga shala, and 259 sqm pool. Accommodation in either a 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom Villa, with ensuite private bathroom, complimentary Wi-Fi, in-room safe, kitchenette, and private villa jacuzzi.
Shared Twin/Double Room: $875 USD per person
Single Room: $1075 USD per person
To save your mat, a non-refundable deposit of $500 USD per person is required. The remaining amount is due 30 days before the retreat begins.
