This dynamic and “advanced” course is designed to be playful and empowering for regular and curious practitioners who wish to explore arm balances, inversions, building strength, flexibility and balance.
Hang will lead a fun saigon om style dynamic warm-up to set you up for the “peak” pose. Yoga anatomy, breath, progression and laughter will be focused in each session so you can confidently and safely execute the poses. Be prepared to have fun.
Each session will be half led and half workshop to give you the opportunity to slow down and understand your practice. Previous experience with yoga is recommended. This course is not suitable for students with injuries.
