In this slow paced masterclass you will be guided through a series of passive floor poses, called Yin Yoga, held for up to 5 minutes or more, that mainly stretches and targets the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues and fascia, where tensions are held and energy pathways (meridians) blocked.
While you contemplate in your yin poses, sound vibrations will be introduced to promote further release and open energy pathways for a deeper meditative experience to promote healing for the body, mind and spirit. Come with an open mind and you’ll leave the class with more flexibility, inner peace and clarity.
This class is for all levels of practitioners. If you can breathe, then you can do this class.
