The threat of physical violence affects us all, whether it inhibits us from going where we want, when we want or standing up for ourselves in relationships, at school or in the workplace. Effective self-defense training can empower you to move more freely in the world and not let fear restrict your life.
We invite you to this safe and supportive 4-session course to learn awareness, situation assessment and simple physical techniques. We’ll learn to transform emotions such as fear, anxiety and anger to as a source of power that can allow women to respond effectively in potentially dangerous situations.
Beginners are welcome. This workshop is suitable for girls 12 years or older and women.

About Hang Nhan
Self-defense Instructor, Hang, began her active lifestyle in mixed martial arts (MMA) and self-defense. She's written a book called "Women's Self-Defense" and has introduced self-defense, the art of awareness, to women of all ages for the past 20 years.
