Join guest yoga teacher, Sarah Martin from saigon om, for a 90-minute Yang & Yin yoga class at Mandala Wellness in District 2, HCMC.

Yang & Yin is a yoga class that blends two styles of yoga into one practice. The first half of the class is Yang Yoga with dynamic Vinyasa style sequences to develop muscular strength, flexibility, and feel energised and uplifted. The second half of the class is Yin Yoga with long-held poses to unwind the body’s deeper layers of fascia, and release tension in the mind and body. 

All levels welcome.

About Sarah
Sarah's yoga journey began almost 10 years ago while living in Vietnam, where together with Hang Nhan, they started their wellness school, saigon om. She is from Melbourne, Australia. Sarah and Hang travel around the world offering 200-hr yoga teacher training, Qi Gong & Tai Chi training, massage & Reiki training, and yoga & mindfulness retreats.

Sarah’s style of teaching is a unique blend of mindfulness and yoga, inspired by her mindfulness practice in the Plum Village tradition. Her teachings are nurturing, flowing and full of good words to inspire students to connect to their true nature. She focuses on alignment, stability, and breath to bring the mind back to the body and cultivate peace and joy in every moment.
