9:30-10am Welcome Circle
10-11:15am: Introduction to Mindfulness. What is mindfulness and how to bring it into everyday life.
11:15am-12:30pm: Mindful Movement with Qi Gong and mindful walking to increase circulation and awaken the mind.
12:30-1:30pm: Mindful Lunch
1:30-2:15pm: Deep Relaxation
2:15-3:15pm: Dharma Talk
3:15-4pm: Dharma Sharing & Mindful Singing
This retreat is suitable for all levels and ages 11 and up. Beginners are welcome.
Please bring a vegetarian lunch and snacks.
