This beginner’s mind workshop is for both beginners and seasoned practitioners as well as yoga teachers. Come and get to know your body for a safe practice as we’ll share some of our latest yoga biomechanic findings. We’ll also look at the sun salutation and other foundation poses under a microscope for joint alignment and muscular function.

Introduction to Mindfulness
We’ll start the workshop with a short discussion on mindfulness and get moving with some Qi Gong mindful movement to clear & activate our energy systems. We’ll then start a more sequential movement with simple yoga. We’ll end the session with a short guided meditation (mindful breathing) to help you carry the peacefulness and calmness with you.

Qi Gong Energy Activation & Release
Come join us and learn energy release & activation exercises to clear energetic blockages, turning stress into vitality. Qi Gong is a long term training program practiced to circulate, cultivate, regulate, enhance, and guide internal energies to achieve health, vitality, and spiritual awareness. It is an ancient Chinese system of healing and rejuvenation. It involves using your mind, conscious breathing and body to direct the flow of energy. This workshop is ideal for those who’d like to incorporate energy release & activation before a yoga practice, a gym session, presentation or self-practice at home every day.
This workshop is ideal for practitioners of all levels and experience. Children 11 years old or older are also encouraged to attend. Beginners are welcome.

Healing Through Restorative Yoga & Reiki
In this 2-hour masterclass you’ll be led through a sequence of restorative yoga poses with mindfulness guidance to help calm down the chattering mind so you can rest, relax and let go of tension and stress. Mindfulness combined with restorative yoga can also help you to come home to your body, in the present moment, where healing, happiness and life are available. Hands on Shamballa Reiki & massage will be also given in class. All levels of practitioners are beginners.

Need to de-stress? Come on in, roll out your mat and let the good words guide you through a sequence of delicious flowing poses (Vinyasa).
