9:30-10am: Guided Meditation. Nourish your morning celebration with stillness and a guided meditation.
10-11:30am: Finding Balance From Within. Sometimes the outside world can take us out of balance creating doubt and confusion. This is part of the play of life. It is also part of the play to discover and to nourish a supportive yoga practice that reconnects us to our true solid selves to regain balance & equanimity. You will be guided through a sequence of fun and challenging yoga poses to cultivate inner harmony between the body & mind and to cultivate good mindful habits of facing difficult moments in your life with a soft heart. Like Yin and Yang, a mindful yoga practice teaches us the wisdom of balance because the way you practice yoga mirrors the way you live your daily life. Come play and explore your abilities and potentials to help develop greater insight and understanding of yourself and the world around you.
11:30am-12:30pm: Mindful Lunch
12:30-2pm: Restorative Yoga. We’ll exit the day with a gentle and mindful restorative practice to stay connected to our true blissful self.
This retreat is suitable for all levels. Please bring a light lunch.
