9:30-10:30am: Mindful Movements. Start your morning celebration with Qi Gong and mindful walking to increase circulation and awaken the mind.
10:30am -12pm: Gentle Flow Yoga. Begin with a short guided meditation to joyfully embrace the present moment. We’ll then mindfully work our way through a sequence of healing flowing poses to cultivate the unison of mind, body and breath. The practice will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and blissful. Options will be given to suit your personal yoga practice.
12-12:45pm: Mindful Lunch
12:45-2pm: Restorative Yoga. We’ll exit the day with a mindful & restorative practice to stay connected to our true blissful self.
This retreat is suitable for all levels. Please bring a light lunch.
