This therapeutic and nurturing hip opening class is designed to improve circulation, release stress, and elevate overall health. We will open the hips and pelvis with nurturing and progressive postures while emphasizing anatomical alignment, everyday biomechanical movement and strengthening. Having open hips and pelvis will clear energetic blockages and make room for life force, called prana, to flow freely - creating energized and happy mind and body. Healthy hips also ease back pain and relieve stress in the legs and feet. As a bonus, Hang will share some Qi Gong energy activation exercises and her signature 10-minute take-home hip opening sequence.
